**Summer heat waves may change shipping timing as we may hold orders and ship only when the weather is conducive to do so. We want to protect the integrity of the wine and being that the wine is being shipped across various states (with varying temperatures) we prefer to ship when it is safe to do so. ***

Our packing, shipping, and insurance rates are charged to you. We ship out Monday thru Wednesday but shipment timing is subject to change to maintain the integrity of the wine during the shipping process.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
